Acceptance of my entry into the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Federation of San Francisco (GLTF) as a member is without assumption of responsibility by the GLTF, the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA), the City of San Francisco, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco State University, the San Francisco Tennis Club, City College, or any other private or public facility or any individuals connected with the GLTF. I agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily and emotional injury, damage to my reputation, or any other harm that I might suffer. I understand that I participate in all GLTF events at my own risk.
