Start you season off right with a tennis-conditioning program designed to help you break through performance plateaus, take your game to the next level, and look damn fine in short shorts. Each 75-minute session will be dedicated to an important component of athletic fitness including strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and putting it all together into one unstoppable package. We will focus on safe and proper techniques as well as the “why” behind each movement, giving you the tools to create your own super effective, tennis specific fitness plan. Special attention will be given to preventing common injuries such as tennis elbow, shoulder pain, and hamstring pulls. Every session will include a dynamic tennis specific warm-up, core strengthening movements, and fun games to get your competitive juices flowing.

Heather Robinson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, personal trainer, and bootcamp instructor with over five years experience helping athletes of all kinds improve their games. She asks that you not make fun of her because she plays badminton. Read more about Heather.
